PupBound is operated by Isaiah Silva. These terms apply to your use of pupbound.com and purchases from our store. Our website is hosted by Shopify.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You may not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, or interference with its operation.

Products and prices

Product details and prices appear on the relevant product pages. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, although colors may appear differently across screens. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.

If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Orders and payment

An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the canceled items and any applicable charges.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, charges, and estimated processing and delivery times are provided in our shipping information and at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and the return process. Ordinary returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items must be unused.

Customers pay ordinary return shipping. Approved ordinary returns receive a refund of the product price paid and applicable refundable tax; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately under that policy. Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions privately.
