Where does PupBound ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

When will my order arrive?

We review and submit orders for fulfillment on the day they are placed. Orders ship from China, with processing typically taking 3–5 calendar days. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from ordering for delivery. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; some deliveries take longer depending on destination, stock availability, holidays, customs and carrier delays. See our shipping policy for details.

Will I receive tracking?

We’ll email tracking information when your order ships.

Can products arrive separately?

Yes. Items may ship separately depending on where they are stocked and how your order is fulfilled. If your order has more than one shipment, its tracking information may arrive in separate updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We’ll do our best to help, but orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be changeable or cancelable.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep photos of the item and packaging so we can review the problem and help with the next steps.
